[Imageworld] SFOP (scale invariant feature operator) - new release

We are happy to announce a first release of the

--- Scale-Invariant Feature Operator (SFOP) ---

implemented in C++
as well as an improved Matlab implementation.

Both versions use image pyramids, significantly reducing computing times.

They are available for download at http://www.ipb.uni-bonn.de/sfop/#software.

We are also working on a GPU implementation using OpenCL which be be announced soon.
