[Imageworld] iccv registration and social justice

The registration at recent conferences is getting out of hand

1000 euro to register at iccv that plus hotel and flight will cost 

most everybody at least another 1000 euro

so one author is going to pay at least 2000 euro to present a poster.

We should as a community at the very least, as these prices certainly 

disallow many from even trying, not take these conferences into consideration

for academic credit and not bother reviewing the papers.
