[Imageworld] Opening: vision for robotics at JPL

The Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) is looking for additional researchers
for post-doc or full-time positions for projects involving the following
topics as they bear on robot navigation and manipulation:

- 3-D perception and dynamic scene understanding via stereo vision and/or
optical flow

- Material classification using range data from stereo, ladar, color,
polarization, and motion-based cues for outdoor navigation in urban areas
and off-road, as well as for robot manipulation.

- Localization and mapping in long distance autonomous navigation

- Object recognition for manipulation and for navigation of robotic ground
and air vehicles
